Pediatric Care

The Pediatric Unit at East Alabama Medical Center was specially designed with children and their parents in mind. The unit has all private rooms, and is complete with a playroom just for children.

Because the needs of children are different from those of adults, we know that it is important to have children in a separate unit where they can receive the special care they need. East Alabama Medical Center is staffed with excellent pediatricians and specially trained nurses to care for children. We are happy to give our children the kind of facility they deserve.
