Self Schedule an Appointment
With our self-scheduling feature, you can book certain types of appointments online in just a few clicks! To schedule your appointment, simply select a service from the list below, then enter your information and choose a date and time that works for you. You'll then receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment to ensure you have all the information you need. Copays are due at the time of the appointment.

A calcium scan is a noninvasive computerized tomography (CT) scan that measures calcium build-up in your artery walls. This test measures the level of calcium in your heart and the risk of having a sudden cardiac event, such as a heart attack. Calcium scoring test are available at the Auburn Medical Pavilion.
Women are particularly vulnerable to osteoporosis, a condition characterized by weak and brittle bones. A bone density, or DEXA, scan detect potential signs of bone loss early on, allowing for timely intervention and prevention of further complications. DEXA scans are available at the Auburn Medical Pavilion or EAMC-Lanier Rural Emergency Hospital.
An EKG (electrocardiogram) is a quick, painless test that checks your heart’s electrical activity to detect issues like arrhythmias, heart attacks, or other heart conditions.
An ultrasound is a safe, non-invasive imaging test that uses sound waves to create real-time pictures of organs, tissues, or a developing baby. Ultrasounds are used to diagnose pain, swelling, or check on a pregnancy—it’s quick, painless, and radiation-free. Ultrasounds may be scheduled at East Alabama Medical Center, the Auburn Medical Pavilion or EAMC-Lanier Rural Emergency Hospital.
