Jeremy Ledford, D.O.

Jeremy W. Ledford, D.O., is a board-certified Family Medicine physician practicing at Premier Primary Care. Originally from Fayetteville, Georgia, Dr. Ledford earned his bachelor’s degree from Point University in West Point, Georgia, followed by his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine-Auburn (VCOM-AUBURN). He completed his residency training at Piedmont Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia.

Dr. Ledford is passionate about family medicine because it allows him to provide comprehensive care, from routine wellness visits to the management of acute and chronic conditions. His professional interests include preventative care, dermatological procedures, heart failure, diabetes management, and palliative care.

A devoted husband and father, Dr. Ledford and his wife are high school sweethearts from Georgia and proud parents of three children. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, maintaining saltwater reef aquariums, and exploring new restaurants.
