For Your INFORmation

The way you reach INFOR will be changing on June 12.

This is part of a plan to reduce the number of icons on our computer desktops and consolidate access for various platforms into one location (“EAMC Managed Favorites”).

HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT:

On Tuesday, June 11, 2024, starting at 11 p.m. CT, we will have a planned downtime for the INFOR system that is expected to last 2-3 hours.

To reach INFOR (when on the EAMC network) following this upgrade, all employees will need to use the steps below each time.

NOTE: If not on the EAMC network, you can still access INFOR thru Citrix.

1. Open Microsoft Edge.

2. Click on EAMC Managed Favorites.

3. Scroll down to the Infor Prod folder and click on it.

4. Click on the link labeled INFOR Prod HR Self Service.

5. Enter your username and password as usual in the sign in screen.

6. Once you are signed in, you will be taken directly to the self service page.

7. Once you are done, make sure you close Infor by clicking on the X in the upper right corner of the web browser. This will keep your information secure and private.
