About Me
Caroline Heideman, D.O. is a hematologist and oncologist with Spencer Cancer Center.
Dr. Heideman is originally from Auburn and attended Auburn University for her undergraduate degree. She stayed in Auburn to complete her medical degree at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM). For her internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship, she attended Michigan State University, where she was selected as Chief Fellow and Fellow of the Year.
Dr. Heideman sees and treats all forms of oncologic and hematologic cancers, but specifically has an interest in breast cancer, lung cancer, and multiple myeloma.
She and her husband, Joss, have two daughters, Elizabeth and Reese. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Hank, as well as watching Auburn football.
