East Alabama Medical Center offers a wide array of services, ranging from prenatal care to pediatrics. We welcome approximately 2,000 little miracles into the world each year. Our physicians and staff are here to provide care and services from the time you learn you are pregnant, through delivery, and beyond.

Our group of caring nurses, physicians, lactation consultants and other clinical staff are dedicated to providing high-quality, high-tech care with a personal touch. Many of the nurses in the EAMC Women’s and Children’s Center have worked here for years – they are experienced and passionate about their work and the patients they care for.

The National Maternal Health Hotline

The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline provides 24/7, free, confidential support, resources and referrals to any pregnant and postpartum mothers facing mental health challenges and their loved ones. The service is available via phone and text in English or Spanish. Click here to learn more.
