Pinnacle Cardiovascular Urgent Care provides prioritized, specialized care for urgent heart-related concerns. Both new and established patients may visit the Urgent Care to receive evaluation and treatment for cardiovascular problems and symptoms including chest pain.
How the Urgent Care Clinic Works:
- A patient may call ahead or walk into the clinic.
- Upon arrival, the patient will be triaged by a registered nurse.
- If appropriate the patient will be seen by a nurse practitioner.
Should a patient visit the clinic and is determined to need emergency services, they will be referred to the Emergency Department.

No, our Urgent Care evaluates chest pain as well as all other cardiovascular problems and symptoms.
You know your body best. If you feel you need to go to the Emergency Department, please do so.
Patients will be evaluated by a registered nurse and/or nurse practitioner. If deemed necessary, a patient may also be seen by a physician.
While we do not require a referral to be seen at our Urgent Care, your insurance company may require it, so please check with them. Patients may call ahead or simply arrive at Pinnacle Cardiovascular Associates to visit the Urgent Care.
