Financial Security Program

From your first day at EAH, you can start saving part of your pay and enjoy a matching contribution from EAH.  Employer match begins after 90 days of employment.  EAH matches 75 cents for every dollar that you contribute up to 6% of your salary.  This program will help you get ready to retire, and it can reduce your tax burden at the same time.  This plan is administered by Voya.
