Basic life insurance is offered to full-time employees and is up to 1x your salary up to $150,000. This coverage starts on the first day of the month following one month of employment. EAH pays the full cost of this coverage.
Supplemental term life insurance is available to full-time and part-time employees. This coverage starts on the first day of the month following one month of employment. Employee term life, Spouse term life, and Child term life options are all available. Keep in mind that in order to enroll in Spouse or Child term life, you have to be enrolled in Employee term life first. You pay the full cost of this coverage. Both Basic life and Supplemental term life are administered by Lincoln Financial.
